Andrew "Drew" Weatherly is one of the main characters of the Batman series, serving as a secondary villain in Batman: The Revenge of Dennis Raven and a major villain in Batman: Savage Retribution. He is the infamous, sinister, cruel and immoral brother-in-law and also the archenemy of Donna Weatherly and also the infamous older brother of Ashton Weatherly.

Andrew is the first-born son of Kyle and Lena Weatherly, the infamous and immoral older brother of Ashton Weatherly, the infamous grandson of Clyde and Nancy Weatherly, the nephew of Warren Weatherly, Samantha and Gary Weatherly, the husband of Darlene Weatherly, the infamous brother-in-law and archenemy of Donna Weatherly, the infamous maternal cousin of Jane, Caroline, Jesse and Dana Stern, the paternal cousin of Jonah, Miranda, Andrea, Ingrid and Irene Weatherly, the adoptive paternal cousin of Fauntleroy Donaldson, and also the cousin-in-law of Jacob Roswell, Paula Weatherly, Augustus Raven, Stanley Meeks, Kenneth Howard, Peter Oliver and Michael Oswalt. Andrew also has a long-standing bitter rivalry with a rogue Vietnam War veteran named Flippy (voiced by Aubrey Ankrum), who stands for everything that he dislikes.
