Ian Anthony Dale-Takashi Kasegori: The main antagonist of the film. He is a powerful yakuza leader whose goal was to poison Gotham City's water supply with Joker Venom he also kidnapped Rachel Dawes and ties her up to be left for dead.
Papillion Soo Soo-Lady Shiva:Ally Of Bruce Wayne she helps free Rachel Dawes from her prison. She is almost killed by Robby Paulsen but she manages to trick him.
Maggie Gyllenhaal-Rachel Dawes: DA of gotham city,she continues to fight crime,however she is tied up by Takashi Kasegori and left for dead until being free by Lady Shiva.
Diane Kruger-Julia Stinton: One of scarecrows' alluring yet sadistic assistants. She is responsible for supplying Takashi Kasegori with the Joker Venom.
Justin Timberlake-the Joker: The clown prince of anarchy his goal is to spread chaos across the world.
Cilian Murphy-Scarecrow: One of Tahakshi Kasegori's partners who aids him in attemtping to poison Gotham City's water supply.
Benicio Del Toro-Dario Roosevelt:One of Carmine Falcone's henchmen. He is first seen trying to kill Lucius Fox but is knocked out by him in one hit.
Morgan Freeman-Lucius Fox: Batman's buisness partner,He knocks out Dario Roosevelt before he can shoot him.
