A live-action adaption of the 1999-2001 tv series. Unlike the series, this is supposed to tell a different side of Terry McGinnis. It is directed by Zack Snyder and produced by Michael Bay.


Andrew Garfield as Terry McGinnis/Batman. A teenager who doesn't fit with most teenagers his age. He later meets Bruce Wayne, and later becomes Batman after his father is murdered.

Adam West as Bruce Wayne. A eldery man who was once Batman, but retired due to health problems. He is currently Terry's employer, mentor, and friend.

Jackie Earle Haley as Derek Powers/Blight. A corrupt businessman who is part of Wayne-Powers Enterprizes. After accidently becoming exposed to a weapon of his making, he becomes Blight.

Rooney Mara as Dana Tan. A popular girl who used to date Nelson Nash. She tries to help Terry whenever he's pushed around or bullied.

Kevin Bacon as Warren McGinnis. A hard worker of Wayne-Powers Enterprizes, and Terry's late father. He is murdered by someone, which Terry vows to get revenge on.


Terry McGinnis does not fit in with other teenagers. But after his father is murdered, he vows to get revenge. He later meets Bruce Wayne, who was once Batman. He takes the over the league of Batman to find his father's murderer.
