Dennis Augustus Raven is the main character of the Batman series. He is the first-born son of Augustus Raven and Miranda Weatherly, the older brother of Dustin Raven, the infamous, cruel and immoral elder grandson of Terence Raven, Emily Raven, Warren and Katrina Weatherly, the infamous and amoral elder nephew of Jonah Weatherly, the adoptive elder nephew of Fauntleroy Donaldson, the infamous grandnephew of Daryl Raven, Kyle, Samantha and Gary Weatherly, and also the infamous great-grandson of Clyde and Nancy Weatherly, who seeks to end the curse of the boar demon by destroying his bloodline as a means of saving the universe from their lifelong conflict, bitter rivalry, pain, misery and suffering.

Like his maternal grandfather's infamous, evil, immoral, sinister and amoral niece Andrea Weatherly, Dennis is notorious for his sadism, bigotry, cruelty, immorality, greed and ruthlessness. In fact, even before joining his infamous maternal granduncle, Kyle Weatherly, it is revealed that he has been drugged by an underground force when he was young in order to create the perfect serial killer and mass murderer. Like his infamous maternal uncle and maternal granduncle Kyle and Jonah Weatherly, Dennis is shown to be cruel, sadistic, merciless, apathetic, immoral, remorseless, and somewhat heartless.
