George Valance, also known as Sgt. Buzzsaw, is a villain and enemy of Batman. As a former soldier, he was left with an inabilty to talk and extreme malformations after a freak terrorist attack. After help from Dr. Violet Lence, also known as Mrs. Violence, he was turned into an half-cyborg figure, who spoke with a machine. He has an incredible amount of weaponry, and is extremely dangerous. Ironically, he rarely uses saws.
